Abstract| This subject examines two key issues in understanding the phenomenon of ageing and the world of older people: the impact of gender and of embodiment, the latter through a discussion on the sexualised body. Students are invited to reflect on the meaning of sexuality in older peoples lives and its relevance to students' practice, and to explore the intersection of gender and ageing. |
