Abstract| A study of general sport product development, including sport event management. Covers basic concepts in quality, operations, production, planning and control, and total quality management. Students also examine in depth the event management process, focusing on major events, including the construction of facilities, the bidding process and sport tourism. Assumed knowledge in this subject is equivalent to that covered in MGT501. |
