The Master of Business Leadership is designed to develop and enhance organisational leadership knowledge and skills for senior level professionals. The course provides contemporary leadership theories, frameworks, and analytical and reflective tools necessary to successfully lead and manage dynamic organisations, as well as build leadership capabilities within those organisations. The course is structured to help graduates develop a strategic orientation, reflective judgement, critical thinking, problem solving, ethical decision making and effective communication skills.

Admission criteria
CSU Admission PolicyMaster of Business Leadership
For entry to the Master of Business Leadership, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) and appropriate work experience.
Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Business Leadership and receive credit for applicable subjects.
Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership
Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Business Leadership and receive credit for applicable subjects.

Standard credit package applies to IECL students who complete the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

Articulation
The Master, Graduate Diploma [Exit Point Only] and Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.

Enrolment Pattern
Master of Business Leadership (Articulated Set)
There is no prescribed enrolment pattern because of the flexibility of the course. However, it is recommended that where possible, students progressively complete subjects in the Graduate Certificate, then the Graduate Diploma and finally the Masters.
Master of Business Leadership - Organisational Coaching and Leadership Stream
Enrolment pattern will depend on subjects undertaken in the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership. Individual enrolment patterns will be determined at time of admission.
