- Contemporary tactics (writing, pitching, liaising, arranging, organising) in public relations practice
- Written, oral and visual tactics for print, electronic, online, events and sponsorships
- Writing for a range of communication interactions, internal, external and social
- Planning, executing and managing tactics
- Evaluating the effectiveness of tactics
