Learning OutcomesUpon successful completion of this subject, students should:
-be able to demonstrate knowledge of and an understanding of basic orthodontics with relevance to general dental practice, with particular focus on diagnosis, case selection and referral of patients;
-be able to demonstrate knowledge of and an understanding of basic principles relevant to implant dentistry;
-be able to demonstrate knowledge of and an understanding of advanced restorative techniques;
-be able to demonstrate a competent and knowledgeable approach to multidisciplinary case management for patients with complex clinical needs. |
