ENG280 Performance Planning & Review - Junior Cadet (6)
Abstract
In this subject students engage in management of their learning and professional performance. They set their goals and plan their workload, negotiating a learning contract between themselves and their industry placement employer. Students then use evidence-based reflection processes to determine if they have met their goals, adjusting their professional practice where necessary. This subject also includes a summative evaluation including feedback from industry placement supervisors. The expectations for this subject are that the student should be performing at the level of a junior cadet engineer. |
