- The origin of laws pertaining to communication
- Historical and cross-cultural perspectives on the balance between freedom of speech and regulation
- Australian communication law: defamation, copyright, discrimination, privacy, intellectual property and freedom of information
- The relationship between international and Australian communication law and enforcement
- Current issues in communication law and reform
