Abstract
The Leadership Challenge aims to develop student’s personal leadership capacity. Students have the opportunity to explore leading change and the aspects of change in themselves and their teams/organisation/community context. Students will undertake leadership development exercise(s) whereby they will examine their self-perception of leadership abilities alongside their colleagues’ perception of their leadership abilities. Building on this investigation and using experiential and critical reflection students will explore the practice of leading change in a self diagnosed leadership challenge. |
