A diverse range of learning activities will allow students to develop inter-disciplinary communication skills; and to demonstrate an ability to engage in professional and public discussion of recent trends in theory and practice. |

Learning OutcomesUpon successful completion of this subject, students should:
- Be able to take critical perspectives in speech pathology and related health/education & disability topics;
- Be able to present a professional development activity that reflects knowledge of recent advances in evidence-based practice and/or critical perspectives on speech pathology practice.
- Be able to critically evaluate the physical, emotional and psychosocial aspects of complex case management in relation to the person, their family/carers and other relevant team members.
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively with diverse professional and non-professional team members
