Admission Criteria

CSU Admission Policy

Applicants for the Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations)/Bachelor of Business Studies must meet the following Admission Requirements:
 
Ï     An ATAR of 65 (including adjustment factors)
OR
Ï     Successful completion of two university level subjects (AQF level Associate Degree or higher) demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies.
OR
Ï     A completed AQF Certificate III or higher level qualification
OR
Ï     50% completion of an AQF Diploma level qualification
OR
Ï     Successful completed of a Tertiary Preparation Course from an Australian University or an accredited provider demonstrating a reasonable prospect of success through the Grade Point Average (GPA) gained in these studies.
OR
Ï     Work experience, within the same industry as the course profile, of no less than two years full time.
OR
Ï     Admission through the Schools Recommendation Scheme


English Language Proficiency
An Academic IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5 with no individual score below 6 or a qualification deemed by CSU to be equivalent. (See Concordance Tables)

The total number of Business subjects must include at least four subjects at level two (or its equivalent) and four subjects at level three (or its equivalent).
