Normal Course Duration

Bachelor of Social Science (with specialisations)

Full-time 3.0 years (6.0 sessions)

Part-time 6.0 years (12.0 sessions)

96 point credit package from TAFE or other relevant Diploma reduces actual duration to 1.5 years full time equivalent working on semester 1 and 2 enrolment each year at a full time rate.

Normal course duration is the effective period of time taken to complete a course when studied Full-time (Full-time Equivalent Duration). Students are advised to consult the Enrolment Pattern for the actual length of study. Not all courses are offered in Full-time mode.

Social Welfare specialisation
A recognised diploma (or AQF equivalent) from a  Registered Training Organisation with a work place learning component
