CSU Credit Policy

Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) Graduate Entry

Upon admission students who meet the entry requirements in full are awarded 64 points of entry-level credit in recognition of prior completed relevant undergraduate bachelor's degree.

The credit packages which are awarded upon entry to the course are based on how well the applicant's previous academic background fits with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements for appropriate foundation studies for primary teaching - these requirements can be viewed in full at the Authority's website (see http://educationstandards.nsw.edu.au/wps/wcm/connect/ae7db0fc-4a6d-4904-b635-f70147e0dc3c/Subject+Content+Knowledge+requirements+%28abridged%29+Nov+2015.PDF?MOD=AJPERES&CVID= ).
