Normal course duration is the effective period of time taken to complete a course when studied Full-time (Full-time Equivalent Duration). Students are advised to consult the Enrolment Pattern for the actual length of study. Not all courses are offered in Full-time mode.
Entry is open to:
1. Applicants with a relevant degree in the human services, child and adolescent welfare, social work, social welfare, the social sciences,
health or related areas; or,
2. Applicants with an undergraduate degree needing to complete pre-requisite subjects for purpose of applying to undertake the Master of Child and Adolescent Welfare degree; or,
3. Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Human Services (Child and Adolescent Welfare) on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Human Service or Master of Child and Adolescent Welfare and receive credit for applicable subjects.
To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points.
