Students apply different models and theories to analyse professional communication, individual communication styles and communication management. Functionalist, interpretive and critical approaches are used to underpin analysis of communication in contemporary organisations. Students develop critical thinking, reflective, analytic and strategic skills through theory-informed observation, case analysis and problem-based learning.
