This subject introduces students to the core elements and principles of designing for stage and screen. Students explore fundamental theories and principles of performance design for their future practice. The student learning will cover visual processes and techniques, analysis for image and text, as well as conceptual design comprehension and application through practical exercises and creative works.

Available to students in the Bachelor of Stage and Screen (with specialisations), Bachelor of Creative Arts and Design (with specialisations), or Bachelor of Communications (with specialisations). May also be available to other students in an elective format with special approval from the Subject Coordinator.
