This subject is viewed as the culmination of the student's studies for the Masters degree. As they work through the subject they will design and implement activities that will further develop their Risk Management practices, their research and teaching skills. It is intended that the work undertaken will have flow on benefits for their clients and colleagues with whom they work. Initially, they reflect on and appraise the current Risk Management practices. Following this they design, implement and evaluate a project, which could enhance professional practice in the areas of Risk Management and improve client outcomes within their organisation or community.
