This subject is designed to develop knowledge, skills and strategies for undertaking investigations into topics related to English communication in a range of personal and professional contexts. Students will be introduced to inquiry approaches and will develop and use skills of sourcing, managing, interpreting, and analysing information in English as they engage with a range of materials and with each other during the subject. They will apply academic reading and writing skills, and relevant technologies, to effectively make meaning with and for others. This subject is designed as a partner subject with EML523.
