This subject focuses on meeting the needs of students who experience communication difficulties in inclusive settings. This includes understanding the nature of communication difficulties, collaboration with speech and language professionals, assessment, planning and the role of technology. Frameworks of assessment and intervention practices are applied to case examples of students with communication needs.
