This subject examines the different property investment choices in Australia and their relative appropriateness for investors with different needs. There is a focus on evaluating residential property investments, which is the main form of property investing in Australia by private clients. However, the subject also examines collective investments in commercial property, property securities and derivatives including mortgage trusts. Current property investing trends are also examined for their impact on society.
