This subject requires students to critically analyse organisational responses to a specific area of human service activity and associated social policy. The subject will develop students' understanding of the policy process and its contribution to the historical and contemporary service development in the chosen area of interest. Students will acquire a capacity to critique and influence policy development and implementation.
