HRM330 Strategic Human Resource Management (8)

If Human Resource Strategy and Organisational Strategy are not aligned then organisations will ultimately struggle to deliver their mission.  This subject examines the importance of aligning these strategies and practices.  A key focus is the need for the HR function to be able to measure and specify its actual contribution to achieving organisational change and success.  This is a capstone subject in HRM and it is recommended students complete it at the end of their course.
