This subject adopts a comparative approach to understanding international human resource management by examining challenges, drivers and strategic issues while sustaining the culture of a dynamic global network. The role of HR functions in multinational organisations, such as managing human resources in cross-border network structures; global legal regulations; identification, preparation and relocation of talent; career management; turnover and employer branding, etc, will be examined.
