HRM534 is the capstone subject for the Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Master in Human Resource Management. It provides students with opportunities to apply the knowledge and skills developed during their degree. The subject reflects on the inconsistencies and ambiguities of HRM policies, the aspiration to measure outcomes, ethics in HRM and its relationship to sustainability. It also features a number of topics common to the modern, dynamic workplace including international and national factors, globalisation, uncertainty, and terrorist threats.
