Students completing this subject will have the capacity to identify and justify an appropriate approach to research methodology.This subject introduces students to the research methods and encourages an appreciation of why and how research is generated. Topics include the philosophical underpinning of research traditions, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, development of a researchable question, and critiquing research.
