This subject is designed to provide students the opportunity to synthesise previous coursework and their professional involvement and experience and to apply high level leadership skills such as consensus building and ethical decision-making. The subject supplements and integrates previous learning and is designed to provide maximum exposure to various concepts and perspectives of leadership through observational experiences, critical thinking, and self-analysis. It is also designed to enable the demonstration of previously learned leadership and information theories, styles, and strategies. Students will apply their leadership knowledge in a practice based project.
