This subject discusses the life of the Prophet Muhammad, including pre-Islamic Arabia, early life before prophethood, the Meccan period, migration to Medina and the major events which took place in Medina. These events will be studied and analysed in the context of today's world, making correlations and evaluations as a result. The social transformations during his lifetime, and the dynamics that were to shape human history will also be addressed. The character and personality of Prophet Muhammad will be analysed, as well as contemporary critcisms made about the Prophet.
