Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

  • be able to retrieve source data;
  • be able to execute an asynchronous query;
  • be able to query data sources using LINQ;
  • be able to manage exceptions;
  • be able to manage transactions;
  • be able to manage data integrity issues;
  • be able to update data;
  • be able to monitor event notifications;
  • be able to manage update conflicts;
  • be able to partition data for synchronization;
  • be able to map data by using the Entity SQL Language.
  • be able to access entity data by using the EntityClient Provider.
