This subject examines the investigation of financial crimes and the significant impact that situational and historical contexts have on how modern financial investigations are conducted. Through sharing experiences, and the examination of case studies, students will explore the planning and conduct of civil and criminal investigations and the importance of communication during the active and post investigative phases, both as investigative tools and as a means of improving investigative capacity.
