This subject is about the governance of corporations and ethical issues relating to the control of corporations and their behaviour. It examines the inter-section of governance techniques with regulation, corporate law and ethical theories. The subject will examine how differing theories of the corporation impact on corporate governance, and how issues such as corporate social responsibility and the global financial crisis impact upon the governance of a corporation.
