Examining the tension between an organisations purpose and its profit drivers, students will explore questions like: How does our organisation impact society and how should it impact society? Is our growth sustainable and responsive in a changing world? What are strategies for creating positive societal impact? This subject will investigate current challenges in achieving social benefit, and explore the emerging ideas around collective leadership.
