This subject contains the final 12-week clinical placement. Students will undertake a sustained period of clinical practice to demonstrate their skills and abilities in client assessment, diagnostic decision making, and program planning, implementation and evaluation. At this stage, a student will have the basic skills to work in many areas under the appropriate level of supervision. The clinical placement will have three components within this time frame; cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, and an elective. Students will be required to work in a professional manner and where possible contribute to their unit. On completion of this subject students will have been assessed for their final level of competency.
