Organisation Development (OD) is concerned with the application of behavioural science knowledge and organisational theory to improve organisational functioning. This subject links the traditional focus of Organisation Development, the process of change (value orientation) to the content of change (objective perspective) - special concentration will be on applied interventions that directly influence organisational effectiveness and performance.
