This subject builds on the knowledge, skills and understanding of leadership theory and practice developed in the GCULM course. This work-focussed subject aims to build capability in students to critically analyse organisational capability and dynamics to lead people through and embed sustainable change at CSU.
Students will explore and apply contemporary theoretical and practical approaches to key business communication skills needed to lead change in the context of an uncertain and dynamic internal (CSU) and external university environment.
