This subject requires students to critically review the viticultural and winemaking practices in a chosen wine grape growing region. The subject will focus on vineyard establishment, physiology and pathology of the grapevine, winemaking and marketing of wines within a specific region. Students will be required to liaise with wine industry professional to obtain the information required for this subject.
