For entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, applicants are required to have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership
Applicants are required to have relevant professional attainment/work experience PLUS an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) and/or enrolment in/completion of relevant IECL subjects. Applicants may also be considered on the basis of relevant professional attainment and/or work experience alone.
Standard credit package applies. Students must complete approved IECL subjects for credit into the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership. Conditions apply for IECL subjects completed pre-2015.

The Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.
To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 64 points.
To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points.
Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership
The course consists of four (4) subjects, two of which are granted as credit on the basis of subjects completed at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia (IECL) (conditions apply for IECL subjects completed pre-2015).

The IECL component in the courses is based on the IECL Coach Training Program (ACTP) curriculum. The ACTP is accredited by the International Coach Federation (USA) and students who complete the ACTP program may apply for ICF credentialing.
