Professional Accreditation

Provision for accreditation of international students for the purpose of progression within their own institutes is envisaged. These institutes may be government, non-government or privately funded. The form that accreditation may take would need to be developed with each organisation and particularly with large organisations servicing the needs of specific industries. For example, postgraduate training in animal nutrition may be an in service requirement for promotion to be an Extension Officer within the dairy industry of a developing country.
