This subject requires students to have access to specialist performance spaces.
In this subject students are introduced to a range of theoretical and practical approaches to acting, researching and practicing acting systems and methodologies in order to begin developing a personal approach to their craft. Commedia dell'arte is used as a focal point for technique and the basis for scene work performances and students apply a chosen acting technique to a screen duologue.
