Rural Change (Industry Projects) is designed for students to build on their previous learning on the application of management theories in practice. Students will undertake a period of work experience during which they will identify a management problem or opportunity. They will define a problem/opportunity and undertake a logical and documented process leading to recommendations for situation improvement and plans for implementation and the evaluation of outcomes.

The subject draws on concepts developed in Rural Change (Inquiry Tools) and requires the student to apply them in a real world situation. Greater emphasis is placed on qualitative research.
