This subject examines a number of contemporary supply chain management concepts and their application to business linkages along agri-food and fibre value chains from farm to retail.
It examines and explores the reasons for the growing interest in supply chain management and how market failure interventions are conceived, planned and delivered.
It also examines the complexity of two main elements of supply chain management and the applicability of alternate operational and relationship development and management strategies.
