ENG380 Performance Planning & Review - Intermediate Cadet (6)

In this subject students engage in reflective management of their learning and professional performance while on placement in industry.  They plan their workload, negotiating a learning contract between themselves and their industry placement employer.  Students then use evidence-based reflection processes to determine if they have met their goals, adjusting their professional practice where necessary.  This subject also includes a summative evaluation including feedback from industry placement supervisors.  The expectation for this subject is that the student should be performing at the level of an intermediate cadet engineer.
