This subject provides a context for managing student behaviour in inclusive settings. The content of this subject is anchored in research from the Applied Behaviour Analysis literature and is focused on the design of interventions for individuals with challenging behaviours. The subject focuses on individual student behavioural needs in relation to ecological, cognitive and behavioural theories and the way the principles and practices associated with individual planning can be anchored in classroom and school-wide approaches to supporting positive social and academic behaviour.
