This subject provides the student with the knowledge and skills required to plan, design and implement multimedia systems and technologies. It explores the impact of multimedia, the issues surrounding its implementation; as well as its ability to improve the quality of presentation and communication of information in electronic publications. The subject also critically evaluates the design of multimedia systems against accessibility guidelines and various legal and ethical requirements.
