This subject deals with procedures and techniques involved with managing investigative activities, particularly having regard to the relevant legal and organisational framework including organisational mission statements and objectives. It will provide the student with a critical understanding of the legal responsibilities of managers, relationships with key stakeholders, case management models, cost effectiveness and resource allocation.
