This subject is designed to equip students with an understanding of an organisation's processes and operations in a changing environment. It focuses on the design, production and delivery of operations in both the manufacturing and services sectors. Students will study operations concepts, strategy, tools, techniques and systems. Students will apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to optimise operational performance.
