This subject focuses on the role of leadership and leaders towards achieving social impact level change and outcomes. Examining the tension between an organisations purpose and its profit drivers, students will explore questions like: How does our organisation impact society and how should it impact society? Is our growth sustainable and responsive in a changing world? What are strategies for creating positive societal impact? This subject will investigate current challenges in achieving social benefit, and explore the emerging ideas around collective leadership.
