The subject investigates the traditional form of the screen narrative with its Aristotelian origins as a foundation, to enable students to explore the development of the narrative in various forms including the novel, comics, radio, television, cinema and a range of online incarnations. Through the analysis of multiplatform narrative structures, students will gain knowledge of the evolving nature of narrative and the role of technology in its evolution. Students will create narrative content that embraces current and anticipated trends in screen, media & multiplatform storytelling.
