SSS068 Prep for Teaching Maths 1 (Number and Algebra) (0)

Prep for Teaching Maths 1 (Number and Algebra)' is the first in a suite of three Studylink enabling subjects designed to address core Numeracy skills required by teachers to demonstrate the minimum standard as set by the Australian Government. All students enrolled in an initial teacher education course are required to sit and pass the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education - LANTITE. This subject covers core numeracy content in the content areas of Number and Algebra, including non-calculator skills and working mathematically, which are areas examined in such a test.

No offerings have been identified for this subject in 2019.

Where differences exist between the Handbook and the SAL, the SAL should be taken as containing the correct subject offering details.
