This subject requires access to the authentic learning spaces available through the School of Communication and Creative Industries at Bathurst campus. These include the Ponton Theatre and the production building 1454.
This subject develops students' skills for creating and facilitating live performances in site specific contexts. It introduces students to Australian and international trends in contemporary circus, new vaudeville and special event performance. Students research and devise multiple performances in designated non-theatre venues. Additionally, each participant assumes responsibility for technical production in each performance.
