This subject explores the principles and practices of communication within organisations as well as the theories that support and inform this important function within organisations. This subject examines communication with internal and external stakeholders as a management concern. The subject explores communication management and practices and critiques human interaction within complex organisations - including leadership, change communication and organisational behaviour.

  • Leadership, organisational structures and decision making
  • Communicating change
