Successful collaboration assists the achievement of mutually beneficial outcomes that exceed the sum of the individual contributions. This subject introduces the key basic components of collaboration that include: having a common purpose or mutual goals; development of trust; sharing of information and resources; joint problem solving and decision-making.  Each will be applied through the use of case studies/scenarios at an individual and organisational level.
